This paper mainly introduces the application of artificial neural network in HCCI engine.The application of artificial neural network in HCCI engine operation and emission characteristics prediction,misfire detection,start of combustion prediction and engine real-time control are mainly discussed.Finally,the application prospect of artificial neural network in HCCI engine is prospected.
