摘要
文章以农业产业化龙头企业的员工为研究对象,探讨职场孤独感与员工创造力的关系及其影响路径。结果表明:职场孤独感会对农业产业化龙头企业员工创造力产生消极影响,而工作沉浸的加入使得职场孤独感与员工创造力的关系更具有说服力;成就需要能够显著调节工作沉浸在职场孤独感和农业产业化龙头企业员工创造力之间的中介作用,成就需要水平越高,职场孤独感通过工作沉浸对员工创造力的间接影响越弱。厘清职场孤独感对员工创造力的影响机理,对改善农业产业化龙头企业所面临的职场孤独感问题,以及提升员工创造力水平提供了理论依据和思路。
Taking the employees of leading industrialized agricultural enterprises as the research object, this paper discusses the relationship between workplace loneliness and employee creativity and its influencing path. The results show that: workplace loneliness has a negative impact on the creativity of employees in leading industrialized agricultural enterprises, and the involvement of work immersion makes the relationship between workplace loneliness and employee creativity more convincing;achievement needs can significantly regulate the mediating role between workplace loneliness and employee creativity;and the higher the level of achievement needs is, the indirect effect of workplace loneliness on employee creativity through work immersion is weaker. To clarify the influence mechanism of workplace loneliness on employees’ creativity provides a theoretical basis and ideas for improving the workplace loneliness faced by the employees of leading industrialized agricultural enterprises and increasing the level of employees’ creativity.
