摘要
高校聘用兼职专家是做好人才工作的重要举措,通过引进校外人才资源可有效推动师资队伍建设、学科建设以及产教融合等重点工作的高质量开展。在分析当前高校聘用兼职专家现状的基础上系统梳理存在的问题及成因,并提出切实有效的措施,以实现兼职专家聘用效益的更大化,为全面提升高校教学科研工作水平以及人才培养质量提供新思路。
The recruitment of off-campus part-time professionals has become an important move in university staff development. Specifically, employing such a cohort of professionals could significantly promote university staff development,disciplinary development and the integration of enterprises with universities. Based on the analysis of the current situation of employed off-campus part-time professionals in universities,this article systematically sorts out the existing problems and possible causes,and also puts forward some practical and effective measures,which could maximize the benefits that the employment of part-time professional brings,and provide new ideas for the improvement of university teaching and research and the quality of talent training in universities as well.
