磷酸肌酸钠联合丹参多酚酸盐对冠心病心绞痛患者心功能指标的影响

Effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium Combined with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Polyphenolate on Cardiac Function Indexes of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合丹参多酚酸盐对冠心病心绞痛患者心功能指标的改善效果。方法:选取黄河水利委员会黄河中心医院2018年5月—2019年5月期间收治的76例冠心病心绞痛患者,采用数字奇偶法将其分为乙组(奇数)和甲组(偶数),各38例。甲组患者在常规治疗的基础上联合使用丹参多酚酸盐进行治疗,乙组患者在甲组患者的基础上联合使用磷酸肌酸钠进行治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的心功能指标及血清学指标的变化情况。结果:治疗后,乙组左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)及左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)值均较甲组低,6min步行距离及左心射血分数(LVEF)值均较甲组高(P<0.05);乙组C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均较甲组低(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者经磷酸肌酸钠联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗效果显著,可改善心功能,降低其血清学指标水平,疗效显著。

Objective: To investigate the effect of creatine phosphate combined with salvia miltiorrhiza on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: 76 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 38 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with salvianolate on the basis of conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with creatine phosphate on the basis of patients in the control group, and the changes of cardiac function indexes and serological indexes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the values of LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the 6 min walking distance and LVEF were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The levels of c-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris with phosphocreatine sodium combined with danshen polyphenolates can effectively improve the cardiac function index of patients, reduce the level of serological index, the curative effect is significant.
