AT丰富结构域1A在子宫内膜癌中的突变和缺失及其相关的分子途径研究

摘要 AT丰富结构域1A(AT-rich interaction domain 1A gene,ARID1A)表达的蛋白是酵母交换型转换/蔗糖不发酵(switch/sucrose non-fermentable,SWI/SNF)染色质重塑复合物的一种亚基,参与DNA的复制、转录、修复、重组,抑制细胞增殖及肿瘤生长,有研究证实与多种癌症的发病机制有关。本文深入全面的研究ARIDlA基因与子宫内膜癌的关系,通过研究ARID1A突变或抑制的分子通路为子宫内膜癌的早期诊断及确定有效的治疗干预提供新思路。 ARID1A(AT-rich interaction domain 1A gene)expresses a protein that is a subtype of yeast exchange/sucrose non-fermentable(switch/sucrose non-fermentable,SW I/SNF)chromatin remodeling complex.It is involved in DNA replication,transcription,repair,and recombination inhibits cell proliferation and tumor growth.Studies have confirmed that it is related to the pathogenesis of a variety of cancers.This article thoroughly and comprehensively studies the relationship between ARID1A gene and endometrial cancer,and provides new ideas for early diagnosis of endometrial cancer and determining effective treatment interventions by studying the molecular pathways of ARID1A mutation or inhibition.
