In order to understand the current situation of patient satisfaction survey based on information technology in China,this paper systematically analyzes the literature of professional journals.Combined with the specific practice of the medical institution,it is believed that patient satisfaction surveys under the information technology are efficient,low-cost,objective and truthful,and is can be used by hospital performance management.It is convenient and feasible for medical institutions to implement electronic satisfaction survey by using network professional platform.
