郑州市常住人口心脏康复认知度及依从性调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Cognition and Compliance of Cardiac Rehabilitation Among Permanent Residents in Zhengzhou

目的调查与分析郑州市常住人口对心脏康复的认知度及依从性。方法通过网络随机向就诊于河南中医药大学第一附属医院心脏康复中心门诊的郑州市金水区常住人口发放调查问卷,分析被调查者对心脏康复的认知度、需求及依从性。结果共回收有效问卷340份,其中33.5%(114/340)的人了解心脏康复。不同性别、年收入人群心脏康复了解度相当(P>0.05),不同年龄段人群心脏康复了解度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着年龄的增长,了解心脏康复者占比呈升高趋势。85.0%(289/340)的人认为心脏康复非常有意义,性别、年龄、年收入与被调查者对心脏康复意义的看法无关(P>0.05)。46.2%(157/340)的人非常愿意进行心脏康复,53.2%(181/340)的人愿意进行心脏康复,但同时考虑经济因素。性别和年收入与被调查者接受心脏康复的意愿有关(P<0.05),女性接受心脏康复的意愿更强,年收入与心脏康复意愿呈负相关,年龄与被调查者接受心脏康复的意愿无关(P>0.05)。结论郑州市常住人口对心脏康复了解不足,依从性不高,年龄较长者中了解心脏康复者更多,女性接受心脏康复的意愿更强,年收入与心脏康复意愿呈负相关。

Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition and compliance of the resident population in Zhengzhou for cardiac rehabilitation.Methods The questionnaires were randomly distributed to the permanent residents in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou who were in the outpatient clinic of the Heart Rehabilitation Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine through the Internet.Respondents’awareness,needs and compliance with cardiac rehabilitation were analyzed.Results A total of 340 valid questionnaires were collected,of which 33.5%(114/340)knew about cardiac rehabilitation.The degree of understanding of cardiac rehabilitation among people of different genders and annual income were similar(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference in the understanding of cardiac rehabilitation among people of different age groups(P<0.05).With the increase of age,the proportion of people who understood the cardiac rehabilitation was on the rise.People who thought cardiac rehabilitation was very meaningful accounted for 85.0%(289/340).Gender,age,and annual income had nothing to do with the respondents’opinions on the significance of cardiac rehabilitation(P>0.05).In all the respondents,46.2%(157/340)were very willing to undergo cardiac rehabilitation,and 53.2%(181/340)were willing to undergo cardiac rehabilitation,but at the same time considering economic factors.Gender and annual income were related to the respondents’willingness to accept cardiac rehabilitation(P<0.05).Women were more willing to accept cardiac rehabilitation,and annual income was negatively correlated with their willingness to cardiac rehabilitation.Age had nothing to do with the respondents’willingness to accept cardiac rehabilitation(P>0.05).Conclusion The resident population in Zhengzhou has insufficient understanding of cardiac rehabilitation,and their compliance is not high.There are more people who know cardiac rehabilitation among older persons.Women are more willing to accept cardiac rehabilitation.Annual income is negatively correlated with cardiac rehabilitation willingness.
