在对标准和法律作初步分析的基础上,指出了二者比较重要的几点共性与区别,并探讨了二者交互融合的现状与意义。
Based on a preliminary analysis of standards and laws,this paper points out some important similarities and differences between them,and discusses the present situation and significance of their mutual integration.
