摘要
由于现有机械手结构复杂,成本高昂,精度较低,不利于机械手的应用,根据工业搬运三轴机械手的设计要求,设计制作一款多数企业均可用的三轴机械手。经实践表明,新研制的三轴机械手结构简单、高精度、成本低廉、占地面积较小,节省了劳动力,提升了工业智能化与生产效率。
Due to the complex structure,high cost and low precision of the existing manipulator,it is not conducive to the application of the manipulator.According to the design requirements of the industrial handling three-axis manipulator,a three-axis manipulator which is available in most enterprises is designed and made.The practice shows that the newly developed three-axis manipulator has simple structure,high precision,low cost and small area,which saves labor force and improves industrial intelligence and production efficiency.
