摘要
为解决采煤机截割部喷雾降尘装置现存的自动化程度偏低、喷雾状态较单一等问题,基于采煤机截割部喷雾降尘装置现存的不足,以PLC控制器作为控制核心,借助压力传感器监测控制水管压力,并通过增设点喷状态以及全喷状态,来提高喷雾降尘效果。经实际应用结果表明,改进后的喷雾降尘装置应用效果良好,可显著降低采煤工作面各作业点粉尘浓度。
In order to solve the problems of low automation and single spray state of the spray dust control device in the cutting part of shearer,the PLC controller is used as the control core based on the existing shortcomings of the spray dust control device in the cutting part of shearer.The practical application results show that the improved spray dust control device has good application effect,which can significantly reduce the dust concentration at each working point of coal mining face.
