掘进机电控箱隔振器结构优化与分析研究

摘要 针对某煤矿企业服役掘进机电控箱存在减振效果差的问题,对隔振器进行优化设计,借助ANSYSworkbench有限元仿真分析软件,对比分析了优化前后隔振器的强度,结果表明,优化之后弹性体的应力应变明显降低,支撑座材料性能得到充分利用,验证了优化后隔振器的减振效果明显优于原隔振器。 In view of the poor vibration reduction effect of the mechanical and electrical control box of the roadheader in service in a coal mine enterprise,the optimization design of the vibration isolator is carried out.The strength of the new isolator before and after the improvement is compared and analyzed.The results show that the stress and strain of the elastomer are significantly reduced after the improvement,and the material properties of the support seat are fully utilized.It is verified that the vibration reduction effect of the new isolator is obviously better than that of the original isolator.
