摘要
针对刮板输送机中链轮在使用过程中经常出现变形、磨损严重、断齿等故障失效问题,以SGZ1000型矿用刮板输送机中链轮为分析对象,通过建立链轮的结构分析模型,开展了链轮在不同工况条件下结构性能研究,找到了链轮的轮齿根部及轮齿顶部为整个结构的薄弱部位,并提出了链轮的结构优化措施,以对后期开展链轮结构性能的进一步优化研究提供借鉴。
In view of the failure problems of sprocket in scraper conveyor,such as deformation,serious wear and broken teeth,the structural analysis model of sprocket in SGZ1000 type scraper conveyor is established.The structural performance of sprocket under different working conditions is studied.It is found that the root of sprocket tooth and the top of sprocket tooth are the weak parts of the whole structure.This provides important guidance for further optimization of sprocket structure performance.
