硬岩掘进机截齿和齿座承载的性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用ANSYS有限元分析的方式,对掘进机截齿和齿座的应力应变进行分析,找到了截齿和齿座容易发生损坏的位置,并提出了提高截齿和齿座质量的具体途径。分析表明:在进行截割的过程中,截齿和齿座的变形都较小,可以忽略;在进行截割的过程中,截齿的最大应力出现在刀头的位置处,并且存在着应力集中的现象,对于截齿的截割过程是不利的。在实际的应用过程中,应采取先进的合金材料,采用先进的焊接工艺提高焊接的质量,从而提高截齿和齿座的质量,保证截齿的性能及使用寿命。 By means of ANSYS finite element analysis,the stress and strain of the truncated tooth and the tooth seat are analyzed,and the vulnerable damage position of the truncated tooth and the tooth seat is obtained,and the concrete way to improve the quality of the truncated tooth and the tooth seat is put forward.The practice shows that in the process of cutting,the deformation of the cutting tooth and the tooth seat is small and can be ignored,and the maximum stress of the cutting tooth appears at the position of the cutter head,and there is a phenomenon of stress concentration,which is unfavorable to the cutting process of the cutting tooth.In the process of practical application,advanced alloy materials should be adopted and advanced welding technology should be adopted to improve the quality of welding,so as to improve the quality of cutting teeth and seat,and ensure the performance and service life of cutting teeth.
