摘要
为解决采煤机摇臂易受损的问题,以MG500/1130-AWD型采煤机为例,利用数值模拟软件对采煤机摇臂壳体及二轴进行力学分析,发现在所研究的四种工况下采煤机摇臂壳体受到的最大应力均低于采煤机许用应力,同时在设计二轴时需要适当提升材料的刚度,为采煤机摇臂优化设计提供一定的参考与依据。
In order to solve the problem of shearer rocker arm damage,MG500/1130-AWD shearer is used as the research background,and the mechanical analysis of shearer rocker arm shell and two axis is carried out by numerical simulation software.It is found that the maximum stress of shearer rocker arm shell is lower than that of shearer.It is necessary to improve the stiffness of the material in the design of the two axis,which provides a certain reference and basis for the optimal design of the rocker arm of the shearer.
