喷浆机是巷道成型设备,在喷浆作业中会产生大量粉尘,为了提高喷浆机的工作效率,降低喷浆作业的粉尘,分析一种新型喷浆机除尘装置。主要针对其进料装置、除尘系统和新型喷头展开分析,实际应用效果表明,将新型除尘装置应用在喷浆机上,喷浆作业的粉尘积聚显著下降,提高了喷浆机的作业环境和工作效率。

A grouting machine is a roadway forming equipment,which will produce a large amount of dust in grouting operation.In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the dust,a new type of dust removal device is designed.The main features of the new jet machine are feed device,dust removal system and new nozzle.The application of the new dust removal device to the grouting machine shows that the dust accumulation in the grouting operation decreases significantly,and the working environment and efficiency of the grouting machine are improved.
