摘要
滚筒作为带式输送机中的关键部件,保证其结构具有较高性能,对提高带式输送机的生产效率至关重要。因此,以TDJ50型输送机滚筒为研究对象,开展了滚筒在不同工况下性能研究。滚筒的应力分析结果显示:最大等效应力出现在辐板与筒壳的焊缝处,存在一定的结构隐患。结合滚筒结构的拓扑优化研究,得到滚筒结构优化三条优化改进意见。
Taking the roller of TDJ50 conveyor as the research object,the performance of roller under different working conditions is studied.The stress analysis results of the drum show that the maximum equivalent force appears at the weld of the spoke plate and the shell,and there is a certain structural hidden danger.Combined with the topological optimization of drum structure,three suggestions for optimization and improvement of drum structure are obtained.
