摘要
井下运输系统的高效运行决定着煤矿的开采速度,因此,针对带式输送机在运输中存在的动态特性包括应变非线性特性、滞后特性、蠕变特性等进行分析,并进一步通过计算对电机功率控制以及带速与运量的优化匹配进行研究。经计算表明,变频调速系统或调速液力偶合器实现了输送机带速与运量匹配运行,提高了运输效率。
The efficient operation of underground transportation system determines the mining speed of coal mine.Therefore,the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor in transportation include strain nonlinear characteristics,hysteresis characteristics,creep characteristics and so on.The motor power control and the optimal matching of belt speed and volume are further studied by calculation.The calculation shows that the frequency conversion speed regulating system or the speed regulating hydraulic coupling can realize the matching operation of the belt speed and the volume of the conveyer,and improve the transportation efficiency.
