摘要
为了解决在采取沿空留巷工艺后顶板下沉量大导致现有顶底板移近量观测仪变形后数据失真问题,鹿台山煤业根据切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺特点,结合现场实际顶底板情况,自制了一种顶底板移近量观测装置。该装置有结构简单、量程大、可调节、造价低廉、安装方便、维护量小等特点,在鹿台山煤业井下沿空留巷巷道试验过程中,可以实现顶底板移近量的准确观测,满足设计要求,达到了预期效果。
In order to solve the problem of data distortion after the deformation of the existing top and bottom plate proximity observation instrument due to the large amount of roof subsidence after adopting the technology along the goaf roadway,according to the technological characteristics of cutting top and unloading pressure along the goaf roadway,A top and bottom plate approach observation device is made.The device has the characteristics of simple structure,large measuring range,adjustable,low cost,convenient installation and small maintenance.During the test of roadway along the goaf in Lutai Mountain coal industry,the device can realize the accurate observation of the moving near of the top and bottom plate,meet the design requirements,and achieve the expected results.
