摘要
基于干排渣输送系统的使用情况,对邹县发电厂锅炉除渣现状进行了分析,并引入干排渣系统,从底渣可回收热量和空气冷却量等方面分析了冷却对锅炉效率的影响,研究了干排渣系统存在的问题及解决措施,为可持续发展奠定基础。
Based on the use of dry slag removal system,the present situation of boiler slag removal is analyzed,and the dry slag removal system is introduced.The influence of cooling on boiler efficiency is analyzed from the aspects of heat recovery and air cooling of bottom slag.The problems and solutions of dry slag removal system are studied to lay the foundation for sustainable development.
