摘要
为保证掘进效率与采煤效率相匹配、保证煤炭的产出率,在分析当前掘进工艺和掘进设备现状的基础上,分别对自动化、可靠性、生产效率较低的掘进设备进行优化,并对掘进设备相配套的掘进工艺(打眼、支护、运输等)进行优化,从根本上提升掘进工作面的效率和安全性。
In order to ensure the matching of tunneling efficiency and coal mining efficiency to ensure the coal output rate,on the basis of analyzing the current tunneling technology and the current situation of tunneling equipment,the tunneling equipment with low automation,reliability and production efficiency is optimized respectively,and the tunneling technology(drilling,supporting,transportation,etc.)matching tunneling equipment is optimized to fundamentally improve the efficiency and safety of tunneling face.
