摘要
为了提升刮板输送机运行效率及可靠性,提出将智能变频控制系统应用到刮板输送机控制中,并对控制系统结构、功能以及现场应用情况进行阐述。应用结果表明,智能控制系统可实时监控刮板输送机运行参数,提升刮板输送机运行效率,降低输送机运行能耗,现场应用效果较好。
In order to improve the operation efficiency and reliability of scraper conveyor,the intelligent frequency conversion control system is applied to the control of scraper conveyor,and the structure,function and field application of the control system are.The application results show that the intelligent control system can not only improve the running efficiency of scraper conveyor and reduce the energy consumption of conveyor,but also monitor the running parameters of scraper conveyor in real time,and the field application effect is better.
