摘要
根据现场人工检测和束管检测结果,在21007工作面回采过程中,采取煤层预注水设施、采空区喷阻化剂、增设灌浆设备与注氮设备等综合防灭火措施,对工作面采矿区易燃区进行有效预防。通过对21007采空区的综合防灭火,明显降低了采空区的有毒有害气体,极大降低了火灾事故率,确保了工作面安全生产。
According to the results of field manual test and beam tube test,in the mining process of 21007 working face,comprehensive fire prevention measures such as coal seam pre-injection facility,goaf spray inhibitor,additional grouting equipment and nitrogen injection equipment are adopted to effectively prevent flammable areas in mining area of working face.Through the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing of 21007 goaf,the toxic and harmful gases in the goaf are obviously reduced,the fire accident rate is greatly reduced,and the safe production of the working face is ensured.
