摘要
以丁集选煤厂装车站为研究对象,深入分析煤炭装车和平煤破坏机理,提出采用西门子PLC控制和MCGS上位机组态技术建立集中控制系统。PLC与传感器技术实现装车平煤数据采集与控制,MCGS组态软件实现装车平煤现场组态监控界面远程显示,实时记录装车信息。
In this paper,taking the Dingji Coal Preparation Plant Loading Station as the research object,this paper aralyzes coal loading and coal failure mechanism.Siemens PLC control and MCGS upper unit state technology to establish centralized control system.PLC and sensor technology to achieve loading flat coal data acquisition and control,MCGS configuration software to achieve loading flat coal field configuration monitoring interface remote display,real-time recording of loading information.
