摘要
鉴于采用手动方式调节电磁阀控制采煤机滚筒高度存在不准确、效率低的缺点,对采煤机滚筒电液调高监控系统进行研究。在该监控系统中,采用位移传感器检测调高液压缸内活塞位置,以确定采煤机滚筒高度,采用PLC程序对给定滚筒高度和实际高度进行PID调节并发出控制指令,采用电信号控制的电液比例阀代替传统电磁阀,以控制液压大小,实现对滚筒高度的闭环调节。
In view of the inaccuracy and low efficiency of using manual control solenoid valve to control the height of shearer drum,the electro-hydraulic height control system of shearer drum is studied.The displacement sensor is used to detect the position of the piston in the hydraulic cylinder to determine the height of the shearer drum,and the PLC program is used to adjust the height and actual height of the given drum PID and to issue control instructions.Electric-hydraulic proportional valve is used to control hydraulic size and close-loop adjustment of drum height.
