摘要
结合输送机特点,借助远程监控技术设计一套带式输送机远程在线监控系统,并对该套系统进行了功能性测试。测试显示,系统实现了在线监控、识别故障、数据处理等设计功能,可对带式输送机进行远程实时监控与故障诊断。
Combined with the actual characteristics of the conveyor,a set of remote online fault diagnosis system is designed.The hardware structure design and software system design of the system are briefly introduced.Finally,the functional test of the system is carried out.The test and display system realizes the design functions of on-line monitoring,fault identification and data processing,which is of great significance for the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of belt conveyor,and has positive reference significance for the design of related systems.
