摘要 以某矿业公司的煤矿井下安全监控系统为研究对象进行升级改造,介绍了监控分站的总体设计方案,并分别从硬件设计和软件设计两方面,对监控分站系统的设计做了详细介绍。最后,分别对系统的不同功能做了调试,确保分站系统的各子系统的性能达到设计目标。 Based on the upgrading of the existing mine safety monitoring system of a mining company,this paper introduces the overall design scheme of the monitoring sub station,and introduces the design of the monitoring sub station system in detail from two aspects of hardware design and software design.Finally,the different functions of the system are debugged to ensure the performance of each subsystem of the substation system to achieve the design purpose.The debugging contents of substation system include:Troubleshooting of power supply,welding and electronic components in hardware;testing of operation interface,testing of monitoring data display ability and testing of software signal feedback in software.The result of debugging shows that the design of the substation system has reached the design goal.
