摘要
通过对现有通风控制系统的分析,提出了一种基于模糊控制的局部通风机智能控制系统,该控制系统能够根据巷道内的瓦斯浓度对井下矿井通风机的运行进行实时的变频控制,确保风机能够经济、安全运行,改变了传统的依靠人工控制通风机对瓦斯进行排放的方式,极大地提高了风机运行的自动化、智能化程度。
Through the analysis of the existing ventilation control system,an intelligent control system of local ventilator based on fuzzy control is proposed.The control system can control the operation of underground mine ventilator in real time according to the gas concentration in the roadway,so as to ensure the fan can run economically and safely.This system has changed the traditional way of gas discharge by manual control ventilator,and greatly improved the automation and intelligence of fan operation.
