摘要
为加强对皮带输送机在启动、停机、运行阶段运行参数的监测,设计一套皮带输送机综合保护系统。该系统分为电机运行监控系统和弱磁检测系统,不仅可对启停阶段电机电流、输出扭矩、电压等参数进行监测,还可对运行阶段皮带是否会跑偏、断带、堆煤、超温等故障进行监测。经试验验证,该系统能够很好地完成上述监测保护功能。
In order to strengthen the monitoring of the running parameters of the belt conveyor in the starting,stopping and running stages,a comprehensive protection system for the belt conveyor is designed.The system is divided into motor operation monitoring system and weak magnetic detection system.It can not only monitor the parameters of motor current,output torque,voltage and so on,but also monitor whether the belt will run off,break the belt,pile coal,over-temperature and so on.The test results show that the system can perform the above monitoring and protection functions well.
