摘要
通过现场调研和理论分析,立足当前干法选煤技术,从识别系统、执行系统、分选工艺优化设计入手,提出了一种基于X射线进行识别的技术更先进、分选精度更好、投资更小、工艺流程更简化、机械自动化程度更高的识别分选同步一体化智能干式分选方法,以期对我国干法分选技术的进步与发展能起到积极的推动作用。
Based on the current dry coal preparation technology and the optimization design of identification system,execution system and sorting process,a new intelligent dry separation method based on X ray identification is proposed,which is more advanced,better sorting precision,smaller investment,simpler process flow and higher degree of mechanical automation,which is in order to promote the progress and development of dry separation technology in China.
