摘要
合成了一种7-硝基苯并-2-氧杂-1,3-二唑(NBD)衍生物荧光探针L。在CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O(1∶1v/v,N-2-羟乙基哌嗪-N'-2-乙磺酸(HEPES),pH=7.4)体系中L对CN-的响应表现为:黄色荧光猝灭,溶液颜色由淡黄变粉红。这是由于二者发生了亲核加成反应,从而导致PET效应增强,探针荧光猝灭。基于以上现象,L可对CN-进行比色及荧光双模式的特异性检测,检测限为1.56×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)。此外,可将L制成试纸条,使L对水体系中CN-的检测更加方便快捷。
A new 7-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazolyl(NBD)-based fluorescent probe L was synthesized.Nucleophilic addition reaction occurs between probe L and CN-,leading to the enhancement of photo-induced electron transfer(PET)process.It is the reason why yellow fluorescence of probe L is quenched and the solution color changes from yellow to pink after adding CN-in CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O(1∶1v/v,N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)piperazine-N’-(2-ethanesulfonic acid)(HEPES),pH=7.4)solution.According to the above phenomena,L can perform colorimetric and fluorescent dual-mode assay for specific detection of CN-with the detection limit of 15.6 nM.In addition,L can be made into test strips,so that L can detect CN-in water system more efficiently.
