Simplify the application of OSCE in clinical nurses’skills assessment

客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)是目前国内外常用于评估医护人员临床能力的一种较为有效的、客观的、公正的考核方法,为进一步提高护理人员临床能力,根据医院现有条件将客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式进行了简化,并应用到护士的临床技能考核中。在实施过程中其可行性、客观性、公正性均得到了认可,通过该考核方法可明显提高护理人员临床能力,但简化OSCE模式在临床护理考核仍存在一定的问题,仍需对其进一步研究,并不断改善。

Structured clinical examination(OSCE)is a more effective,objective and fair assessment.Commonly used at home and abroad to assess the clinical ability of medical staff.In order to further improve the clinical ability of nursing staff,the objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)model was simplified according to the existing conditions of our hospital,and applied to the clinical skills assessment of nurses,and its feasibility,objectivity,and Fairness has been recognized.Through this assessment method,the clinical ability of nursing staff can be significantly improved.However,there are still some problems in the clinical nursing assessment of the simplified OSCE model,and further research and research are needed,and continuous improvement is needed.
