婴幼儿先天性心脏病行围术期整体化护理干预的临床效果探讨

To explore the clinical effect of perioperative holistic nursing intervention on infants with congenital heart disease

目的研究婴幼儿先天性心脏病于围术期采取整体化护理的临床效果。方法择选2018年3月-2020年3月接收的60例先天性心脏病患儿实施研究,随机分为参照组、观察组各30例,参照组予一般护理,观察组实施整体化护理,对比2组护理效果。结果观察组病死率及并发症率均明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论婴幼儿先天性心脏病于围术期采取整体化护理效果理想,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the clinical effect of holistic nursing for infants and young children with congenital heart disease during perioperative period.Methods Select 60 infants and young children with congenital heart disease who were treated in the undergraduate department from 2018.03 to 2020.03,conduct a study,and divide them into separate groups,which can be divided into a reference group and an observation group.The reference group was given general care,and the observation group implemented holistic care,summarizing and comparing the effects of the two groups.Results The mortality and complication rates of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The infants and young children with congenital heart disease take ideal care during the perioperative period.
