系统护理干预在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术中的应用效果研究

The effect and nursing experience of the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi with ureteroscope and dilaser lithotripsy

目的研究系统护理干预在输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年2月在梧州市人民医院进行诊治的上尿路结石患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各40例。2组患者均行输尿管软镜下的钬激光术治疗,治疗期间对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用系统护理干预,比较2组护理效果。结果护理前,2组的SAS评分及SDS评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组患者的SAS评分及SDS评分均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对治疗的总体配合度达到97.50%,对护理的满意度为97.50%,均明显高于对照组的77.50%,80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术中配合相应的系统护理干预措施,能够提高患者的满意度及配合度,减轻不良心理,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of systematic nursing intervention in flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods A total of 80 patients with upper urinary calculi treated in Wuzhou People’s Hospital of Guangxi Province from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were treated with holmium laser under flexible ureteroscope.During the treatment,patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and patients in the research group were treated with systematic nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the overall degree of cooperation to treatment reached 97.50%,and the degree of satisfaction to nursing was 97.50%,both significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%,80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with the corresponding systematic nursing intervention measures in the operation of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope can improve the patient’s satisfaction and satisfaction,reduce the adverse psychology,reduce the complications,which is worth popularizing.
