混合式教学干预在妇幼专科医院护士人文关怀品质培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索混合式教学在妇幼专科医院护士人文关怀品质培训中的应用效果。方法选取70名妇幼专科医院护士采用区组随机法分为2组,对照组采用常规培训措施,干预组采用混合式教学培训。2组分别在培训前后采用柯氏模型评价反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层。结果干预组护士对培训时间安排、培训内容、培训师资、培训整体满意度等反应层指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后干预组的理论知识考核成绩和礼仪技能考核成绩等学习层指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训后干预组的人文关怀品质总分和4个因子等行为层指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在结果层指标上,干预组培训后2人发表人文科研论文,对照组无人发表。结论混合式教学能够有效提高妇幼专科护士的人文关怀理论知识、技能操作能力和人文关怀品质,从而提高患者就医的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching in humanistic care quality training of nurses in maternal and child hospitals.Methods A total of 70 nurses in maternal and child hospitals were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine training measures.The intervention group was given mixed teaching training.The two groups were evaluated by Kirkpatrick Model before and after the training,and the indexes of reaction level,learning level,behavior level and result level were compared.Results The intervention group was more satisfied with the training schedule,training content,training teachers and overall training than the control group(P<0.05).After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and etiquette skills of the intervention group were higher than those of after training in the control group and before training in the intervention group(P<0.05).After training,the total score of humanistic care quality and four factors and other behavioral indicators of the intervention group were higher than those of after training in the control group and before training in the intervention group(P<0.05).On the result level,2 people in the intervention group published humanities research papers after training,while no one in the control group published them.Conclusions Mixed teaching training can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge,skills,operation ability and quality of humanistic care of maternal and child nurses,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
