整合药学课程体系改革与实践

Reform and practice of integrated pharmaceutical curriculum system

苏州大学药学院围绕创新药物研发人才培养目标,以创新实践能力培养为导向,通过整合教学资源,强化学科交叉、课程融合及器官系统整合,优化理论教学模块和实验内容,构建了适合于创新型药学人才培养的整合药学课程体系和培养模式。整合药学课程体系被成功实施并初显成效。同时,客观地分析了课程改革中存在的问题与对策,对提升地方研究型综合大学教育教学水平具有指导意义。

Being innovation-oriented,the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Soochow University aims to cultivate innovative professionals for drug research and development. An integrated pharmaceutical curriculum system and training model has been constructed and implemented through the integration of teaching resources,disciplines,curriculum,and organ systems,and the theoretical and experimental teaching modules are also optimized. Meanwhile,the problems encountered in the curriculum reform are also discussed and countermeasures are suggested. Successful implementation of the integrated pharmaceutical curriculum system is of significance to the improvement of teaching level in the local research-oriented comprehensive universities.
