摘要
神经内分泌免疫超系统的相互作用对于进化、生态学和疾病易感性有重要意义。首都医科大学开设的神经生物学课程超系统章节是特色内容,国内外教科书中鲜有系统概述。在概要复习神经系统、内分泌系统和免疫系统相关基础内容和超系统概念的基础上,参考相关文献综述和研究论文,重点讲授神经内分泌免疫网络的解剖学基础和生物活性物质、相互作用以及炎症和应激状态下神经内分泌与免疫的生理学改变。
The interaction of neuroendocrine immune "supersystem" plays an important role in evolution, ecology and disease susceptibility. The course of neurobiology offered in Capital Medical University features the chapter of supersystem, which is seldom systematically explained in textbooks at home and abroad. In the teaching process, the basic concepts in nervous system, endocrine system, immune system, and the supersystem were first reviewed respectively. Based on related literature reviews and research papers, the teaching then focused on the anatomical basis and bioactive substances of neuroendocrine immune network, the interaction, and physiological changes in neuroendocrine and immune systems caused by inflammation and stress.
