摘要
为解决增量配网园区试点在逐步推进过程中产生的问题,提出多投资主体合作的增量配网差异化运营策略。基于增量配网差异化运营模型,分析影响收益分配的4个因素:投资额、风险承担程度、贡献程度和合同履行程度。引入合作博弈的粒子群优化算法进行收益分配方案的求解,并以4家典型地市级的增量配网园区进行算例分析。算例结果表明,饱和与后快速增长阶段的增量配网园区对节能服务需求多;快速增长阶段的园区则对个性化套餐及综合能源服务需求多。
To solve the problems that arise during the gradual advancement of the incremental distribution network park pilot project,a differentiated operation strategy for the incremental distribution network in cooperation with multiple investment entities is proposed.Based on the differentiated operation model of incremental distribution network,four factors that affect the revenue allocation are analyzed,including the amount of investment,degree of risk-taking,degree of contribution,and degree of contract performance.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm with cooperative game is introduced to find the revenue allocation scheme.In addition,four typical city-level incremental distribution network parks are used as examples,and the analysis results show that for the incremental distribution network park at the stages of saturation and late rapid growth,there is a large demand for energy-saving services.In comparison,for the park at the stage of rapid growth,there is much demand for personalized packages and comprehensive energy services.
