含新能源接入的多应急电源组网系统功率自适应控制策略 被引量:8

摘要 随着配电网大量分布式新能源的接入,功率倒送的现象时有发生,为了在检修供电、应急及保电等特殊场景下实现安全稳定的持续供电,对柴油发电机组和新能源逆变器等多类型应急电源的组网控制及功率分配进行了研究。应急组网系统中柴油发电机组采用下垂控制实现无通讯并联,若新能源逆变器始终保持最大功率输出则难以避免功率倒灌,根据锁相环检测的网侧频率决定逆变器工作在最大功率或有限功率,提出了基于有功频率下垂控制的多应急电源无通讯功率自适应控制策略。搭建了柴油发电机组和并网逆变器的仿真模型,仿真结果表明在系统负荷全范围变化情况下,系统能够在充分利用新能源发电的基础上安全稳定运行,为柴油发电机组和新能源逆变器的改造升级提供解决方案。 With the access of a large number of distributed new energy sources to the distribution network,the phenomenon of power backflow occurs from time to time.To achieve the safe and stable continuous power supply under special scenarios such as maintenance power supply,emergency and power protection,the networking control and power distribution of multiple types of emergency power supply including diesel generator sets and new energy inverters are studied.In the emergency networking system,the diesel generator sets are connected in parallel without communication under the droop control,and it is difficult to avoid power backflow if the new energy inverter always keeps its maximum power output,so that the inverter works at the maximum or limited power according to the grid frequency detected by the phase-locked loop.On this basis,the power adaptive control strategy for multi-emergency power supply without communication is proposed based on the active power frequency droop control.The simulation model of diesel generator sets and grid-connected inverters is built,and simulation results show that the system can operate safely and stably under the full range of system load changes while making full use of new energy power generation,providing solutions for the retrofitting and upgrading of diesel generator sets and new energy inverters.
