Optimizing Surgery Grading Management in Hospital

手术分级管理是保障医疗安全的关键前提之一,也是很多医疗机构容易流于形式,甚至长期忽视的管理弱点。为强化并落实这一“核心制度”,某三甲专科医院不断实践和探索,形成一套较为科学、有效的管理模式。主要做法有:成立手术准入管理领导小组;优化并确定手术分级目录;科学设置医生手术能力评价指标;利用信息化手段加强手术权限管理;关联绩效指标促进医师手术能力的良性发展。措施实施后,某院三四级手术比例逐年提升,杜绝不规范或越级开立手术医嘱的现象,关键手术质量指标持续得到优化。

Surgery Grading Management is one of the premises to ensuring medical safety, while it is also a weakness in management long neglected by many domestic hospitals. In order to implement such a core system, a specialized cardiothoracic hospital has established a scientific and effective management system with constant practice. The main measures adopted are as follows: setting up a leading group;designing evaluation index system for operative ability scientifically;optimizing and determining the surgical catalogues;strengthening the management of surgery authorization by using informatization;and improving surgeons’ operative ability through performance reform. After the measures were taken, the proportion of surgical operations for grade 3 and 4 has increased year by year. Meanwhile, these measures also help preclude the non-standard practice of issuing a surgical order without authorized approvals, thus consistently optimizing the key indicators of surgical quality.
