Reflections on the Transformation and Development of Military Hospitals in the New Situation

随着国家医疗卫生体制改革和军队卫勤改革的不断推进,全军各医院基本实现由旧体制向新体制的模式发展转型。作为国家和军队的战略战役卫勤力量,军队医院必须制定务实可行的发展策略,加快落实转型重塑的要求。文章着眼于新体制、新形势、新任务,结合某院在双重改革新形势下转型实践的经验,探讨建设实战化、一体化、精品化、智慧化及温馨化的“五化”医院的基本构想,为提高军队医院的卫勤保障能力及医疗服务水平提供参考。

With the continuous advancement of the reform of the national medical and health system and the reform of the national defense and the army,hospitals in the army have generally completed the transformation from the old system to the new system.As a strategic force in health service for the country and the military,militar⁃y hospitals must formulate pragmatic and feasible development strategies to accelerate the implementation of the re⁃quirements of transformation and remodeling.By focusing on the new system,new situation and new tasks,and based on the practical experience of transformation by the hospital in the new situation of dual reforms,this article explores the construction of the“five-modernization”hospitals that are practical,integrated,refined,intelligent,and thoughtful,so as to provide reference for improving the military support capability and medical service level of military hospitals.
