摘要
OKR(Objectives and Key Results)模式强调目标方向的一致性、个人的主动性等,并持续聚焦于设定的关键目标,这些因素使得谷歌等大型企业能够捕捉竞争优势,迅速崛起。医院管理者应该积极发掘OKR获取巨大成功的因素,聚焦医院工作人员知识水平较高,自我价值驱动法能够获取较好反馈的优势,促进个人的思考能力,通过实时的沟通协调,让个人清楚地知道自己应该做什么以及达到目标的程度,从而更加专注地工作,有意识地努力实现医院的发展目标。
The OKR model lays great emphasis on such elements as the consistency of the target direction and the initiative of employees and constantly focuses on the establishment of key objectives, which enable large companies like Google to capture competitive edges and rise rapidly. Therefore, hospital administrators should actively explore the factors that have made OKR such a great success, with special focuses on hospital staff’s adequate knowledge and self-value-driven approaches, with which they can gain better feedback and promote their ability to think. Besides, proper communication and coordination can also help employees better know what they should do and how much they have achieved. As a result, employees are more devoted to their work and consciously strive to achieve the hospital’s development goals.
