Support Strategies of Special Service Convalescence during the COVID-19 Pandemic

受新冠疫情影响,特勤疗养面临前所未有的考验,如何在常态化疫情防控阶段做好特勤人员的疗养保障工作,是部队各疗养机构面临的重大、棘手问题。某康复疗养中心根据特勤人员的疗养需求和常态化疫情防控实际,严格落实防控要求、针对性设置疗养内容、科学制定疗养计划,引入以人为本的一体化服务模式,探索构建八位一体的全维度保健体系,实现疫情防控和维持部队战斗力的双赢,为下一步其他疗养机构的工作提供借鉴和参考。

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic,the special service convalescence is facing un⁃precedented test.How to ensure the quality of convalescence service for special service personnel during the stage of normalized epidemic prevention and control is a major and difficult problem faced by the military recuperation insti⁃tutions.According to the recuperation needs of special service personnel and the actual situation of normalized epi⁃demic prevention and control,Beidaihe Rehabilitation and Recuperation Center has strictly met the prevention and control requirements,by setting up the recuperation contents,scientifically formulating the recuperation plan,in⁃troducing the people-oriented integrated service mode,and exploring and constructing a full-dimensional health care system,thus having realized the win-win situation of enforcing epidemic prevention and control and maintai⁃ning the combat effectiveness of the army.Therefore,this paper has provided reference for the work in other conva⁃lescent institutions.
