实践理性与价值共识——当代中国伦理话语体系构建的范式省思

Practical reason and value consensus:reflection on the construction of ethical discourse system in contemporary China

确立可辩护的普遍规范进而寻求最大程度的价值共识,是当前伦理话语体系建构的主要目标指向。其中最为关键的任务是破除“独断论”和“表象思维”,充分发掘并阐明隐含于传统和当下中国社会文化实践中的规范性价值诉求。这一规范性价值并非自明的实体和有待发现的事态,而是基于实践理性范式进行反思推证的结果,由此彰显伦理文化生活中的道德人格理想、普遍意志观念、相互责任意识以及平等尊重的精神意向。在此意义上,基于中华礼乐传统构造“理由的空间”将是至关重要的前提性工作。

Establishing defensible universal norms and pursuing maximum value consensus represent the overarching objectives of the construction of the current ethical discourse system.One of the crucial tasks is to break away from“dogmatism”and“representational thinking”and explore and clarify the normative values implic it in traditional and current Chinese social and cultural practices.This normative value is not a self-explanatory entity or a state of affairs to be discovered.Instead,it is the result of reflection and argumentation based on the paradigm of practical reason,which thus demonstrates the ideal of moral personality,the concept of universal will,the sense of mutual responsibility,and the spiritual intention of equality and respect in ethical and cultural life.In this sense,the construction of a“space of reasons”based on the Chinese ritual and music tradition will be a crucial prerequisite.
