成都市中老年慢性疼痛患者的治疗概况及移动医疗APP需求情况调查

Survey on the treatment and the demand of mobile medical APP among middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic pain in Chengdu

目的调查成都市中老年慢性疼痛患者的治疗概况及移动医疗应用(APP)需求情况。方法设计《慢性疼痛患者治疗概况及移动医疗需求问卷》,在成都市随机选取8个社区,通过方便抽样对该社区中老年慢性疼痛患者进行调查。采用卡方检验分析疼痛管理APP使用意愿的影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷273份,受访患者平均NRS评分为(4.21±2.12)分,疼痛对生活质量的影响主要体现在睡眠、情绪、工作能力方面,女性各方面受影响程度均高于男性。72.53%的患者接受过止痛药膏、西药、推拿等疼痛缓解措施,平均缓解程度为50.10%。60.61%的患者认为治疗效果一般。拥有智能手机的255名患者中,74.12%愿意使用APP进行疼痛管理,多数患者希望可以借助APP学习慢性疼痛相关知识、监测和记录每日疼痛情况、提醒吃药或治疗等。患者的年龄、文化程度、月收入及疼痛时长对APP使用意愿有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论成都市中老年慢性疼痛患者的治疗效果不理想,大多数患者愿意使用移动医疗APP进行疼痛管理,后期可根据患者的功能偏好,有针对性地开发APP以提高慢性疼痛患者的治疗效果和满意度。

Objective To survey the treatment and the demand of mobile medical application(APP)among middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic pain in Chengdu.Methods The"the questionnaire of treatment profile and mobile medical needs of chronic pain patients"was designed,and 8 communities in Chengdu were randomly selected,the middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic pain in the community were investigated through convenient sampling.Chi-square test was used to analyze the influencing factors of willingness to use pain management APP.Results A total of 273 valid questionnaires were collected,and the average NRS score of the interviewed patients was(4.21±2.12)points.The impact of pain on the quality of life mainly reflected in sleep,emotion and work ability,and women were more affected than men in all aspects.The 72.53%of the patients received analgesic ointment,western medicine,massage and other relief measures of pain,and the average degree of remission was 50.10%.The 60.61%of the patients thought that the treatment effect was moderate.Among 255 patients who owned smart phones,74.12%were willing to use APP for pain management.Most patients hoped to learn about chronic pain-related knowledge,monitored and recorded daily pain,and reminded them to take medicine or treat with the help of APP.The age,education level,monthly income and pain duration of patients had significant effects on the willingness to use APP(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic pain in Chengdu is not ideal.Most patients are willing to use mobile medical APP for pain management.In the later stage,targeted APP can be developed to improve the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients with chronic pain according to the functional preference.
