乳腺钼靶X线检查在乳腺浸润性小叶癌与浸润性导管癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究乳腺钼靶X线检查在乳腺浸润性小叶癌(ILC)与浸润性导管癌(IDC)诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月至2020年1月收治的50例乳腺ILC患者以及50例乳腺IDC患者为研究对象,均接受乳腺钼靶X线检查以及病理检查,对其检查结果进行分析。结果钼靶X线检查对不同病灶位置ILC与IDC患者的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IDC患者节段性/线样钙化发生率高于ILC患者,区域性钙化发生率低于ILC患者(P<0.05);ILC患者肿块形态不规则形发生率高于IDC,椭圆形/圆形发生率低于IDC患者(P<0.05)。结论乳腺钼靶X线用于乳腺ILC与IDC的诊断中能够较好反映患者的病情,为疾病的鉴别诊断以及治疗方案的制定提供参考依据。 Objective To investigate the application value of mammography of breast in the diagnosis of invasive lobular carcinoma(ILC)and invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC)of breast.Methods Fifty patients with ILC of breast and 50 patients with IDC of breast admitted from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects.All patients received mammography of breast and pathology examination,and the results of examination were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the detection rate of mammography of different lesion location between ILC and IDC patients(P>0.05).The incidence of segmental/line-like calcification in IDC patients was significantly higher than that in ILC patients,and the incidence of regional calcification was lower than that in ILC patients(P<0.05);the incidence of irregular mass shape in ILC patients was higher than that in IDC patients,and the incidence of oval/round mass shape was lower than that in IDC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Mammography used in the diagnosis of ILC and IDC of breast can better reflect the patients'condition,and provide reference for the differential diagnosis of the disease and formulation of treatment plan.
