生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂用于乳牙牙髓切断术的临床可操作性和疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂用于乳牙牙髓切断术的临床可操作性和疗效。方法选择2018年2月至2019年1月收治的60例行乳牙牙髓切断术患儿为研究对象,共80颗磨牙。完善临床检查后,以随机双盲法将患儿分为对照组(30例,共40颗磨牙)和观察组(30例,共40颗磨牙)。对照组以矿物三氧化物凝聚体(MTA)作为盖髓剂,观察组以新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂。比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组术后12个月的手术成功率为95%,高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。观察组患牙与对侧同名正常牙根同步吸收率为100%,高于对照组的90%(P<0.05);观察组牙根提前吸收程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月内钙化桥形成率高于对照组,术后6个月内钙化桥形成率低于对照组,钙化桥平均形成时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与MTA相比,新型生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus作为盖髓剂用于乳牙牙髓切断术中,对乳牙深龋的改善效果更好。 Objective To study the clinical operability and efficacy of bioceramics materials iRoot BP Plus as pulp capping agent in pulpotomy of deciduous teeth.Methods From February 2018 to January 2019,60 children undergoing pulpotomy of deciduous teeth were selected as the research objects,with a total of 80 molars.After completing the clinical examination,the children were divided into control group(30 cases,40 molars)and observation group(30 cases,40 molars)according to random double blind method.The control group was treated with mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)as pulp capping agent,and the observation group was treated with new bioceramics materials iRoot BP Plus as pulp capping agent.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of surgery at 12 months after operation in the observation group was 95%,which was higher than 80%in the control group(P<0.05).The simultaneous absorption rate of the affected teeth and the contralateral root of the same name in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 90%in the control group(P<0.05);the degree of early root absorption in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of calcified bridge formation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group within 1 month after operation,the rate of calcified bridge formation was lower than that in the control group within 6 months after operation,and the average time of calcified bridge formation was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with MTA,the new bioceramics materials iRoot BP Plus as pulp capping agent applied in pulpotomy of deciduous teeth has better improvement effect on deep caries of deciduous teeth.
