普通针刺联合乔氏解郁安神汤治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床效果

Clinical effect of common acupuncture combined with Qiao's Jieyu Anshen decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression-fire type

目的观察普通针刺联合乔氏解郁安神汤治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月至2020年9月宁陕县中医院理疗科的68例肝郁化火型失眠患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(33例)和治疗组(35例)。对照组给予普通针刺治疗,治疗组给予普通针刺联合乔氏解郁安神汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、中医症候积分、临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的PSQI评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的中医症候积分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普通针刺联合乔氏解郁安神汤治疗肝郁化火型失眠的临床效果优于单纯普通针刺治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of common acupuncture combined with Qiao's Jieyu Anshen decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression-fire type.Methods A total of 68 patients with insomnia of liver depression-fire type from May 2020 to September 2020 in the physiotherapy department of Ningshan county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,and they were divided into control group(33 cases)and treatment group(35 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with common acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with common acupuncture combined with Qiao's Jieyu Anshen decoction.The pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PSQI score in the two groups decreased,and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the two groups decreased,and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of common acupuncture combined with Qiao's Jieyu Anshen decoction in the treatment of insomnia of liver depression-fire type is better than that of simple common acupuncture,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
