风险防范式护理在住院患儿中的应用价值

目的分析风险防范式护理在住院患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2020年4月我院收治的68例住院患儿,按照护理方法不同将其分为参照组和观察组,各34例。参照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施风险防范式护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组患儿的风险事件总发生率显著低于参照组,患儿家属的护理满意度显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患儿家属的S-AI及T-AI评分均显著降低,且观察组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险防范式护理应用于住院患儿中能够有效降低风险事件发生率,提高护理满意度,缓解患儿家属焦虑情绪。

Objective To analyze the application value of risk prevention nursing in hospitalized children.Methods Sixty-eight hospitalized children treated in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into reference group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given risk prevention nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of S-AI and T-AI in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prevention nursing aplied to hospitalized children can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events,improve nursing satisfaction,and alleviate the anxiety of children's families.
