创新PBL教学法在《康复医学》课程教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨创新PBL教学法在《康复医学》课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取2015—2019年进入科室学习的5年制本科医学实习生58名作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各29例。观察组采用创新PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。比较两组实习生的理论知识、操作技能、临床思维及病例分析考核成绩。比较两组实习生对课程、授课教师、教学安排合理性、互动反馈和答疑的满意度。结果观察组的理论知识、操作技能、临床思维及病例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习生对课程、授课教师、教学安排合理性、互动反馈和答疑的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在《康复课程》教学中实施创新PBL教学法,有利于调动康复实习生学习的主观能动性,提升教学水平和学生的满意度,对提升康复医学人才的岗位胜任力具有重要的现实意义。 Objective To explore the application effect of innovative PBL teaching method in the teaching of Rehabilitation Medicine course.Methods Fifty-eight five-year undergraduate medical interns who entered the department from 2015 to 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.The observation group adopted innovative PBL teaching mode,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.The assessment results of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,clinical thinking and case analysis of interns in the two groups were compared.The satisfactions to curriculum,teachers,rationality of teaching arrangement,interactive feedback and question answering of interns of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,clinical thinking and case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfactions to curriculum,teachers,rationality of teaching arrangement,interactive feedback and question answering of interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of innovative PBL teaching method in the teaching of Rehabilitation Medicine course is conducive to mobilize the subjective initiative of rehabilitation interns,improve the teaching level and students'satisfaction,and has important practical significance for improving the post competency of rehabilitation medical interns.
