减压沸腾清洗机对牙科手机清洗效果及损耗的影响

Cleaning effect and damage of dental handpiece by low-pressure steam cleaner

目的:探讨减压沸腾清洗机对牙科手机的清洗效果及损耗的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年5月某院口腔科正常使用的400支牙科手机作为研究对象,依据不同的产品编码分为实验1组(130支,采用减压沸腾清洗机清洗)、实验2组(135支,采用喷淋式清洗机清洗)与实验3组(135支,采用手工清洗),比较3组的清洗效果、清洗时间和手机损坏情况。采用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:实验1组的清洗效果优于实验2组和实验3组、清洗时间少于实验2组和实验3组、手机损坏率低于实验2组和实验3组,P均<0.05。结论:减压沸腾清洗机能够对牙科手机进行有效清洗且能减少损耗,具有较好的清洁与灭菌效果。

Objective To explore the influences of the low-pressure steam cleaner on the dental handpiece in cleaning and damage.Methods Totally 400 dental handpieces normally used in the dental department of some hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the subjects,and were divided into No.1 experimental group(130 handpieces,cleaned with a low-pressure steam cleaner),No.2 experimental group(135 handpieces,cleaned with a spray cleaner)and No.3 experimental group(135 handpieces,cleaned manually)according to different product codes.The three groups were compared for cleaning effect,cleaning time and handpiece damage.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results No.1 experimental group behaved better than the other two groups in cleaning effect,and had shorter cleaning time while lower damage rate than No.2 and No.3 experimental groups,and all P values were lower than 0.05.Conclusion The low-pressure steam cleaner rinses and disinfects the dental handpiece effectively while reducing the damage during the cleaning.
